## Agencies compared

### [Belkins](https://coldmeetings.com/alternatives/belkins.md)

- Who it suits: The pricing page describes Growth as for companies that want wider reach and multi-channel communication, Growth Plus as for organizations aiming at extensive market penetration, the small business package as a budget-friendly option for lean teams delivered through partner agencies, and Enterprise as for teams that need bespoke strategies.
- Published pricing: The pricing page offers monthly retainer packages named Growth, Growth Plus and "For small business", sized by yearly appointments (100+, 200+ and 30+), plus a custom Enterprise tier. It shows no dollar amounts. The cold email services page shows "from $5,000" as the average price of its entry package, with 1,500 leads a month and 100+ appointments a year, and that a custom proposal is calculated from company size, addressable market, revenue goals and chosen add-ons.
- Contract: The pricing page calls the packages monthly retainers and says the Enterprise tier has "custom SLAs and contract terms". It states no minimum term and no cancellation terms for the other packages.
- Channels: Every package lists cold email outreach and LinkedIn outreach as included. Intent-based cold calling, Messenger or WhatsApp, executive dinners and conference activation are in Growth and Growth Plus. Cold calling and voicemails, account-based marketing, paid advertising and webinar support are listed only for Growth Plus.

### [CIENCE](https://coldmeetings.com/alternatives/cience.md)

- Who it suits: The cold email agency page names four fits: teams without sending infrastructure, teams whose closers are prospecting, teams that tried software alone, and teams entering a new market. The about page names business owners who need pipeline without an internal SDR team, marketing leaders and sales leaders.
- Published pricing: The pricing page lists a campaign team at $2,000 per month and the graph8 platform at $499 per month (75,000 credits a month included), plus SDRs charged per person per month: starting at $1,750 offshore, $2,500 in Europe and $3,500 in the US. A performance bonus is paid on top when an SDR reaches a held-meeting target. Setup is a one-time fee whose amount the page does not state. The page shows a worked example of five offshore SDRs at $11,249 per month before any bonus.
- Contract: The pricing page says "Month to month, no long contract" and that SDRs can be added or removed month to month. The cold email agency page repeats "No contracts. Month to month."
- Channels: The cold email agency page says cold email runs as one channel of an outbound campaign alongside phone and LinkedIn against the same accounts on one cadence. The homepage lists appointment setting, outbound SDR teams, cold calling, cold email, inbound SDR and B2B contact data as services.

### [SalesHive](https://coldmeetings.com/alternatives/saleshive.md)

- Who it suits: The pricing page describes the entry plan as for teams testing outbound or adding focused phone coverage, Growth as for teams ready for a multichannel outbound motion, and Crush as for teams scaling a proven motion across a larger market.
- Published pricing: The pricing page says the entry, Growth and Crush managed plans are custom quoted, with the rate depending on team location (US-based or offshore SDRs), channels and daily outreach volume. It shows no dollar amounts. It describes one flat monthly fee covering the SDR team, strategist, platform, data and management, says it is not priced per meeting, and says annual plans have a lower monthly rate than month to month.
- Contract: The pricing page says there are no setup fees and no long-term contracts, with month-to-month service. Once outreach has started, cancellation needs written notice, and outreach and billing end at the end of the next billing month. It says annual plans carry a longer commitment, and that nothing is owed until the buyer approves the playbook and messaging for launch.
- Channels: The pricing page lists the entry plan as phone only with one dedicated SDR and 100+ daily touches, Growth as phone plus email with one SDR and 250+ daily touches, and Crush as phone plus email with two SDRs and 500+ daily touches. Personalized email is not included in the entry plan.

### [Leadium](https://coldmeetings.com/alternatives/leadium.md)

- Who it suits: Leadium organises its site by industry (cybersecurity, SaaS, freight logistics, marketing services, digital transformation), by company size (startups, SMBs, enterprise, global, public) and by role (founders, revenue, sales and marketing executives, business development, sales operations).
- Published pricing: Its pricing page is a consultation form headed "Get a price" and shows no price figures; pricing is covered in a consultation. The form asks for a budget and offers ranges from "$2,500 to $3,500" up to "Above $10,000" to choose from, which are answer choices and not a quote.
- Contract: Its pricing page FAQ says all contracts are month-to-month, that onboarding slots open on the 1st or 15th of the month, and that typical launch takes 7 to 10 days for appointment setting. It says it does not give performance guarantees on appointment outcomes.
- Channels: Its home page describes outbound appointment setting through email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, plus inbound appointment setting, lead research and top-of-funnel consulting.

### [Callbox](https://coldmeetings.com/alternatives/callbox.md)

- Who it suits: Its company profile page says it works with sales leaders, marketing leaders, growth and revenue leaders and enterprise account teams, and its home page lists software, SaaS, cloud, healthcare and 50+ industries.
- Published pricing: Its pricing page shows an estimate of $16,000 to $32,000 a month for 1 campaign pod, with a note that exact pricing is provided after consultation. Its FAQ page says it does not charge per lead and that price varies with the resources allocated, the services and the supported languages.
- Contract: Its pricing page FAQ says contract lengths are flexible and set in consultation, and that it recommends terms long enough to build and refine the strategy. The same page says there are no hidden fees. It names no setup fee amount and no cancellation terms.
- Channels: Its pricing page lists phone, email, LinkedIn and web retargeting as the channels of a subscription, and its home page also lists account-based marketing, event and webinar marketing and cross-border campaigns.
