Leadium and ColdMeetings compared on published pricing, contract, channels and who does the work, with a dated source for each fact.

ColdMeetings is an alternative to Leadium for companies that would rather run cold email themselves, in one account with an API, than hire an agency. It runs email only. Professional is $495/month and Enterprise is from $36,000/yr and is arranged on a call. Professional includes 10,000 verified prospects a month, 12 sending domains, 30 mailboxes and 5 active campaigns. Prices are in US dollars.

This page compares Leadium with ColdMeetings using only what Leadium states on its own pages, read on 2026-10-19.

## At a glance

### ColdMeetings

- Published pricing: Professional is $495/month and Enterprise is from $36,000/yr and is arranged on a call. Prices are in US dollars.
- Contract: Professional bills every month and Enterprise bills every year. The first month of Professional can be refunded within 7 days. The plans and what each one allows are listed on the pricing page.
- Channels: Email only: sending domains, mailboxes, prospect lists, sequences and replies. We do not run calling or LinkedIn outreach.

### Leadium

- Published pricing: Its pricing page is a consultation form headed "Get a price" and shows no price figures; pricing is covered in a consultation. The form asks for a budget and offers ranges from "$2,500 to $3,500" up to "Above $10,000" to choose from, which are answer choices and not a quote.
- Contract: Its pricing page FAQ says all contracts are month-to-month, that onboarding slots open on the 1st or 15th of the month, and that typical launch takes 7 to 10 days for appointment setting. It says it does not give performance guarantees on appointment outcomes.
- Channels: Its home page describes outbound appointment setting through email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, plus inbound appointment setting, lead research and top-of-funnel consulting.

## Three reasons teams choose ColdMeetings

1. Start without a call: Sign up and start on Professional at $495/month, with the first month refundable within 7 days. It includes sending-domain setup; mailbox setup; SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. [See the plans](https://coldmeetings.com/pricing.md)
2. Plan quotas are published: Professional is $495/month with 10,000 verified prospects a month, 12 sending domains, 30 mailboxes and 5 active campaigns. Every plan lists what it allows on the pricing page. [See the pricing page](https://coldmeetings.com/pricing.md)
3. Everything is available over an API: The API reference has a page for each of account, domains, mailboxes, campaigns, replies, events, suppressions, with the requests and responses written out. [Read the API reference](https://coldmeetings.com/docs/api.md)

| What it is and who it suits | Teams that want to run email outreach themselves in software they control, with sending domains and mailboxes set up for them and a published price for each step up. | Leadium organises its site by industry (cybersecurity, SaaS, freight logistics, marketing services, digital transformation), by company size (startups, SMBs, enterprise, global, public) and by role (founders, revenue, sales and marketing executives, business development, sales operations). |

| Who does the work | You or your team run campaigns in the software. Enterprise adds ongoing copywriting, larger lists, continuous A/B testing and campaign success manager. | Its about page says the sales development team is 100% US-based and that Leadium is a service run by that team, not a software tool. Its pricing page FAQ says a research team sources decision-makers and the client approves the contact data before it goes into a campaign. |

## Pricing

Leadium does not publish a price list. Its pricing page is a form that books a consultation, and the page names no monthly fee. The form does ask what budget you are planning around and gives ranges to pick from.

Because there is no published figure, a side-by-side price comparison with Leadium has to wait for a quote. Ours is on our pricing page.

## Contract and cancellation

Leadium says every contract is month-to-month, so you are not tied to a long term. It also says new clients are onboarded on the 1st or 15th of the month, with appointment setting typically launching in 7 to 10 days.

It states that it does not promise outcome numbers for appointments, and that clients approve its work products, which it gives as the reason for the month-to-month term.

## Channels

Leadium runs outbound through email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, and also offers inbound lead follow-up and lead research as separate services.

The channel list is wider than cold email alone because calling and gifting are done by its sales development team.

## Team and tools

Leadium describes a fully managed, US-based sales development team. Campaign managers work with clients in shared Slack channels and use Apollo.io to track campaign performance.

Reporting can connect to HubSpot and Salesforce, and to other CRMs through make.com. A research team builds the contact list and the client approves it before sending starts.
