## Book a call

Enterprise and custom plans start with a call. Write to us with the plan you are asking about and a few times that suit you, and we will confirm one.

## What to include

- The email address of your account.
- The page or endpoint you were on, and what you expected to happen.
- What happened instead, in a sentence or two. A screenshot helps.
- The request_id from an API error, if you have one. It is in every error response.
- The domain, campaign or mailbox the question is about.

Never send an API key or a password by email. If one leaked, say so and we will help you replace it.
