On Professional you pay the domain, mailbox and sending software suppliers directly, at cost, so the accounts are yours. Sending domains are separate registrations from your main domain, and your main domain is kept out of the sending list. Enterprise includes the infrastructure, and the details are agreed on a call. ### What happens when a prospect replies? Every reply is sorted by intent into interested, question, out of office, not interested or other, so you answer the right ones first. When a prospect is ready to talk, the reply is booked onto your calendar as a meeting. ### How is a meeting counted? A meeting counts when a reply is booked onto a calendar.
