# ColdMeetings

> Cold email operations that end in booked meetings: sending domains, mailboxes, verified prospects, sequences and replies, run through one account and one API.

## When to use ColdMeetings

- Register a sending domain you own and get the exact SPF, DKIM and DMARC records -> POST /v1/domains
- Check that those records are live in DNS -> POST /v1/domains/{id}/check-dns
- Create a campaign with a multi-step sequence -> POST /v1/campaigns
- Import prospects with dedupe, suppression, region and verification checks -> POST /v1/campaigns/{id}/prospects
- See everything that still blocks a launch -> GET /v1/campaigns/{id}/preflight
- Read sent, bounce, complaint and reply rates and meetings booked -> GET /v1/campaigns/{id}/report

## How agents should use ColdMeetings

- Read https://coldmeetings.com/openapi.json and https://coldmeetings.com/docs/authentication.md before choosing an operation. Do not guess endpoints or fields.
- Send Authorization: Bearer cm_live_... on every /v1 operation. /health, /plans, /openapi.json and /llms.txt need no key. The operator issues the first key on request.
- Ask the person for approval before launching a campaign, importing prospects or changing billing. Importing a prospect spends one credit.
- Never add an address to a campaign after it has opted out or complained. The API suppresses those addresses by a fixed rule; do not work around it.
- Prospects in the EU, UK and Israel are skipped as region_blocked. Do not retry them under another country code.
- A step whose outside service cannot be reached answers 503 provider_unavailable. Nothing is simulated.
- Errors use one envelope. Branch on error.code and follow error.fix. The codes are listed at https://coldmeetings.com/docs/errors.md. Rate limits and credits are at https://coldmeetings.com/docs/rate-limits.md and https://coldmeetings.com/docs/credits-and-billing.md.
- Plans: Professional starts with an email to hello@coldmeetings.com, and Enterprise is bought on a call.
