# Replies and meetings

> **For AI agents:** the complete index of ColdMeetings pages is [llms.txt](https://coldmeetings.com/llms.txt). Every page is also served as markdown at its URL plus .md.

Record every reply, sort each one by intent, and book meetings from the replies that deserve one.

Every reply is recorded against its campaign, sorted by intent, and the replies worth answering can be turned into a booked meeting.

Example screen: Sample data. A reply inbox with intent labels, one interested reply open with a booked meeting under it, and a campaign report with reply intents.

## What you get with replies and meetings

The point of a campaign is the conversation after it. This is how replies are handled from the first message to the calendar.

### Sends, bounces and replies in one report

The sending engine reports sent, bounce, complaint and reply events. Each campaign report shows the counts and rates, the reply intents and the meetings booked.

Example (sample data): Sample campaign report

- Sent: 1,200
- Bounces: 18 (1.5 percent)
- Complaints: 1 (0.08 percent)
- Meetings booked: 4

### Intent labels you can sort by

Every reply is labeled interested, question, not interested, out of office or other, so you answer the right ones first.

Example (sample data): Sample reply intents

- Interested: 9
- Question: 6
- Not interested: 21
- Out of office: 11

### Book the meeting from the reply

Booking is a step you trigger on a reply, with the attendee and a time. It books only one meeting per reply and links it back to the reply that earned it.

Example (sample data): Checks before a meeting is booked

- Passed: The reply belongs to your account
- Passed: No meeting is booked for this reply yet

The meeting is booked and linked to the reply.
