# Safe sending and campaign preflight

Launch preflight, daily sending caps, an automatic pause on spam complaints and a do-not-contact list that fills itself, on every campaign.

Preflight checks, per mailbox daily caps, an automatic complaint pause and a do-not-contact list run before and during every campaign, so one bad send does not cost you a domain.

These run on every campaign without any setup, and they keep your sending domains healthy.

### Preflight lists every blocker

Before a campaign launches, preflight checks the plan, the free campaign slots, the sequence, the prospects and the mailboxes. A campaign launches only when the list of blockers is empty, and each blocker is written out so you know what to fix.

- Passed: The plan allows managed campaigns
- Passed: Every variant has the required placeholders
- Problem: The campaign has no prospects. Import some first.
- Problem: No mailbox sits on a domain with verified SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

### Complaints pause a campaign

Three spam complaints pause a campaign at any volume. So does a complaint rate above 0.3 percent once it has made 100 sends, the line large mailbox providers ask senders to stay under. The pause is recorded even when the sending engine cannot be reached.

- This campaign: 0.08%
- Pause line: 0.30%

The pause line applies from 100 sends. Three complaints always pause.

### A do-not-contact list that fills itself

Spam complaints and hard bounces add the address to the do-not-contact list automatically, and you can add addresses yourself. Listed addresses are skipped at import and can never be booked for a meeting.

- Hard bounce: A bounce event arrives
