Cold email that ends in booked meetings

ColdMeetings runs cold email for B2B companies and agencies: sending domains, mailboxes, verified prospects, sequences and replies, all from one account and one API.

Sample data

What the account runs

Prospect lists that are clean before they are used

Imports are de-duplicated, checked against your suppression list, and verified. Every prospect you use costs one credit from your monthly allowance.

Prospect lists

Sequences that are checked before they send

Write up to six steps with up to four variants each. Your unsubscribe link and address are filled in for you, and a subject cannot pretend to be a reply.

Sequences

Domains and inboxes that prove themselves first

Separate sending domains get SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Mailboxes send only once all three checks pass, start small, and a campaign pauses itself if complaints climb.

Domains and inboxes

Replies sorted, meetings booked

Every reply is sorted by intent, and a good one becomes a calendar booking.

  1. 01

    Domains

Register sending domains that are separate from your own, then publish the records they need.

  2. 02

    Mailboxes

Add mailboxes on those domains. They start with a few real sends a day and ramp up.

  3. 03

    Prospects

Import a list. It is de-duplicated, checked against suppressions and verified.

  4. 04

    Sequence

Write up to six steps. Your unsubscribe link and address are filled in for you.

  5. 05

    Preflight

Checks confirm the domains, mailboxes and sequence are ready before anything goes out.

  6. 06

    Launch

Replies come back sorted. You can pause at any time, and complaints pause it for you.

Some steps wait on a connection that is not made yet. The walkthrough says which, one step at a time.

Questions, answered plainly

Who owns the domains and mailboxes?
You do. On Professional you pay the domain, mailbox and sending software suppliers directly, at cost, so the accounts are yours. Sending domains are separate registrations from your main domain, and your main domain is kept out of the sending list. Enterprise includes the infrastructure, and the details are agreed on a call.
What happens when a prospect replies?
Every reply is sorted by intent into interested, question, out of office, not interested or other, so you answer the right ones first. When a prospect is ready to talk, the reply is booked onto your calendar as a meeting.
How is a meeting counted?
A meeting counts when a reply is booked onto a calendar. A friendly reply on its own is a reply, not a meeting. The report shows replies by sequence step.
Do you warm up mailboxes?
No warmup pools and no simulated engagement. New mailboxes grow by sending real, low volume messages to real prospects. The first week allows 5 sends a day per mailbox, then 10, 20 and 30, and from the fifth week 40.
What does ColdMeetings run for me?
Domain records and checks, list import and verification, sequence checks, replies and the API, all from one account. Sending goes through the sending engine connected to your mailboxes.
