ColdMeetings is a Meralume Labs product. It turns the scattered parts of cold email, sending domains, mailboxes, prospect lists, sequences and replies, into one account and one API that ends in booked meetings.
Who makes it
ColdMeetings is made by Meralume Labs, the company behind a family of web products for founders and sales teams. It shares support and billing with the other Meralume Labs products.
What it does
Everything between "we want meetings" and "a prospect said yes" lives in one place:
- Sending domains and mailboxes, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and a check against live DNS.
- Prospect import that removes duplicates, suppressed addresses and blocked regions, and verifies each address.
- Sequences of up to six steps, with A/B variants on every step.
- Reply handling that sorts every reply by intent and books the good ones onto your calendar.
- Reports on sends, bounces, complaints, replies and meetings.
How it is built
No warmup pools
No mailboxes that email each other and no simulated engagement. New mailboxes ramp up with real, low-volume sends to real prospects.
Replies booked to your calendar
Every reply is sorted by intent, and an interested one becomes a meeting on your calendar, tied back to the reply that earned it.
