- What does Enterprise cost, and how do I buy it?
- Enterprise starts at $36,000 a year and includes 50,000 verified prospects a month. It is not bought online: book a call from the contact page and we agree the details together.
- How are meetings counted?
- A meeting is counted when a reply is booked on your calendar through your account. Replies and bookings show in the campaign report. None of the plans above charge per meeting; if you want a different arrangement, ask us.
- Who owns the domains?
- On Professional you pay the domain suppliers directly, so the domains are yours. Sending domains are separate from your main company domain. Enterprise includes the infrastructure, and the details are agreed on the call.
- What is the refund policy?
- You can ask for a refund of your first paid month within 7 days of paying. Refunds are handled by a person: write to hello@coldmeetings.com and we will take it from there.
- What currency are the prices in?
- Prices are in US dollars. The numbers on this page come from the same plan settings the product reads.
