About these terms

These terms are between you and ColdMeetings ("we", "us"). They govern your use of the ColdMeetings website and API. You can reach us at hello@coldmeetings.com.

Accounts

An account belongs to the person or company that creates it.

• Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.
• Your API keys start with cm_live_. Treat them like passwords. You are responsible for what is done with your keys.
• Tell us at hello@coldmeetings.com if a key leaks.

Plans, prices and billing

The plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Professional is billed month to month and has no trial. It is charged when you start and renews every month until you cancel. Enterprise and any custom plan are agreed on a call, never bought through checkout. You can cancel any time from the Billing page at coldmeetings.com/billing or with the ready-made cancel email there, with no reason needed. The plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.

Refunds: You can ask for a refund of your first paid month within 7 days of paying.

What the service does

ColdMeetings helps you set up sending domains and mailboxes, import verified prospects, write sequences, handle replies and book meetings, through one account and one API.

• Some parts depend on connections to other services and may be unavailable at times.
• We may add features, change them or retire them.

Your responsibilities

• Use only domains you own or control for sending, and keep them separate from your main company domain.
• Follow the acceptable use policy. It forms part of these terms.
• You are responsible for your prospect lists, your message content and the lawfulness of your outreach where you send and where your recipients live.
• You are the controller of the personal data of the prospects you import. We process it on your behalf, as the privacy policy explains.

Suspension and ending

We may pause a campaign, suspend an account or end access when we see abuse, a breach of the acceptable use policy, or a pattern of spam complaints. You may stop using the service at any time.

No guarantee of results

Cold email depends on mailbox providers, recipients and other services we do not control. We do not guarantee booked meetings, replies, inbox placement or deliverability, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

The compliance features in the product are not legal advice.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms and show the date of each change at the top of the page.
