Buying outsourced outbound is hard to compare because every agency prices differently: a monthly fee, a fee per salesperson, a pod, or a quote after a call. This post reports what five agencies show on one public page each, on 2026-10-19, and adds ColdMeetings from our own plan catalog in the same format.

Every figure below is what the page shows, with its address and read date.

What each public page shows

Each row below comes from the one page named in the last column, fetched on 2026-10-19 with a declared research identity and no login. A figure that is not on the page is not in the table.

Comparing a monthly fee to a meeting

Only one of these pages gives enough figures to add up a month, so the sum below uses CIENCE's own example and an invented meeting count. The method works for any provider once you have a quote.

Five offshore SDRs at $1,750, plus $2,000 for the campaign team and $499 for the platform, is $11,249 a month before any bonus. If the program produced 10 held meetings in a month (an invented number), the cost per held meeting would be $1,125. At 5 held meetings it would be $2,250. Same fee, different cost per meeting: the denominator is what you need to learn in the first months.

Questions to ask any provider

SalesHive's own pricing page suggests comparing programs by dividing total cost by qualified meetings held, and checking setup fees, data and software charges, contract length and cancellation notice. Those are good questions for every row above.

  • What counts as a meeting, and who decides it was qualified?
  • What is in the monthly fee, and what is billed on top (setup, data, software, bonus)?
  • How long is the term, and how is cancellation handled?
  • Who owns the domains, mailboxes and contact lists if the engagement ends?
  • Can you see every message sent and every reply received?

How software and a managed team differ

A managed provider supplies people who run the program. Software supplies the tools and your team runs it. The first usually costs more per month and takes less of your time; the second costs less and asks for a person on your side. Which fits depends on who you have.

ColdMeetings is software plus an API: sending domains and DNS records, mailboxes, list import and verification, sequences, replies, meeting booking and a compliance layer. You run the campaigns, and the software does the setup, sending, replies and booking.
