Switching from Prymatica to ColdMeetings

This guide is for teams that use Prymatica today and want to run cold email in ColdMeetings, one account with an API. It covers what moves over, the setup steps, how the mailbox ramp works and what changes in plans and workflow. Professional is $495/month and Enterprise is from $36,000/yr and is arranged on a call. Professional includes 10,000 verified prospects a month, 12 sending domains, 30 mailboxes and 5 active campaigns. Prices are in US dollars. On cost: Prymatica lists three tiers: a free entry tier centered on setup, Professional at $495 a month, and Enterprise at $36,000 a year with infrastructure included. Enterprise adds ongoing copywriting, constant split testing, a named campaign success manager and monitoring of deliverability. Everything about Prymatica comes from its own public pages, read on 2026-10-23, with the address of each page under Sources.

What moves over

Each item you bring has a place in ColdMeetings.

What you bring from Prymatica and where it goes in ColdMeetings

Sending domains you ownDomainsRegister each domain and publish the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records you are given, then run the DNS check until every record passes. Mail leaves only from domains that pass, and they should stay separate from your main website domain. Domains API
MailboxesMailboxesCreate the sending mailboxes on those domains, up to 30 on Professional. A mailbox added to ColdMeetings starts at the daily cap for a new mailbox, whatever its history elsewhere. Mailboxes API
Your prospect listCampaign prospect importImport the list from wherever you keep it. Every address is verified, and each prospect that goes in uses one prospect credit; skipped addresses cost nothing. Professional grants 10,000 credits a month and Enterprise grants 50,000. Campaigns API

How long it takes

Setup is 5 steps. The waiting period built into the product is the mailbox ramp: the daily cap for one mailbox rises with its age.

Daily send cap for one mailbox, by mailbox age
Mailbox ageDaily cap per mailbox
0 to 6 days5
7 to 13 days10
14 to 20 days20
21 to 27 days30
28 days or more40

Once every mailbox is 28 days old, the 30 mailboxes on Professional can send up to 1,200 messages a day between them.

Prymatica describes onboarding as a call, then a few days of setup (infrastructure, list and sequences), then a few weeks of domain warm-up before sending at volume. It puts the launch at about a month from kickoff. Booking an intro call is how a buyer starts.Sources: https://www.prymatica.com/how-it-works and https://www.prymatica.com/get-started, read 2026-10-23

The switch, step by step

  1. 1

    Gather what you are bringing

Collect the domains you own, your prospect list, the sequence copy you have approved and every do-not-contact address, from wherever you keep them.

  2. 2

Choose a plan and start your account

Email hello@coldmeetings.com with the plan you want: Professional, or Enterprise on a call. We set up your account and your first API key, your plan and its monthly prospect credits start when your payment is confirmed, and domains and mailboxes can be added from then on.

  3. 3

    Add your sending domains

Enter each domain you will send from, publish the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records you are given, then run the check until every record passes. Mail only leaves from domains that pass, and they should be separate from your main website domain.

  4. 4

    Create mailboxes on those domains

Add the mailboxes that will send, up to your plan limit. Each one starts at a small daily limit and rises with its age, using real messages to real prospects.

  5. 5

    Import your prospects

Upload your list. Every address is verified, duplicates and blocked addresses are skipped, and each prospect you import uses one prospect credit.

  6. 6

Build the campaign and launch it

Write the sequence (up to 6 steps), choose the mailboxes and the prospects, and launch. A final check confirms the sequence, the prospects and an authenticated mailbox before anything is sent. Replies come back to one place.

  7. 7

End your Prymatica plan when your first campaign is sending

Read the terms of your own plan before you decide the date.
