How much outbound each plan can carry

Capacity is what decides how much prospecting you can do in a month. This page sets prospect credits, mailboxes and active campaigns side by side for each ColdMeetings plan, so you can pick the one that fits.

  • Limits are read from the plan catalog.
  • Mailboxes ramp up with real low-volume sends.
  • Campaigns share the monthly prospect allowance.

The levers behind your capacity

Six parts of the platform that set how many prospects you can reach and how fast.

Prospect credits

A monthly allowance of credits is spent one per prospect actually imported, so the allowance is a plain count.

Sending domains

Each domain has DNS records the platform checks against live DNS before a mailbox on it may send.

Mailbox ramp

A new mailbox starts small and grows its daily sends gradually, using real low-volume sends to real prospects.

Active campaigns

The plan sets how many campaigns can run at once, which decides how many audiences you can work in parallel.

Capacity before volume

You prepare domains and mailboxes first, and each mailbox ramps up before it carries a full daily volume.

Division you can check

The table divides the monthly allowance by campaigns and by mailboxes, so you can see the load on each.

How many prospects each plan lets you work

Outbound prospecting is limited by three things: how many verified prospects you may import a month, how many mailboxes send for you, and how many campaigns run at once. The table reads all three from the plan catalog and divides them.

Every limit is read from the plan catalog. The last two columns divide the monthly prospect allowance evenly, which is arithmetic and not a promise about how you split it.

The arithmetic

Prospects per campaign = prospects a month / active campaigns

Prospects per mailbox = prospects a month / mailboxes

Each imported prospect costs one credit, and only prospects that pass the checks are charged.

Choosing a plan by capacity

  1. Count your audiences

List the segments you want to work at the same time, since each one is a campaign.

  2. Estimate monthly prospects

Add up the prospects you expect to import in a month across those segments.

  3. Compare to the table

Read the allowance, mailboxes and campaigns for each plan and see where you fit.

  4. Start and adjust

Begin on the plan that fits, watch the mailbox ramp and change plans as the load changes.

What it costs

Both plans are shown here exactly as the plan catalog lists them.

Frequently asked questions

Do mailboxes email each other to build reputation?
No. A mailbox ramps up with real low-volume sends to real prospects, and its daily cap rises as it ages.
What happens if I use up my prospect credits?
An import that needs more credits than the account has is refused and nothing is charged. Prospects already imported keep working.
What if I pick the wrong plan?
The first month of Professional can be refunded within 7 days, and Enterprise starts with a call where the capacity is sized to your list.
